I love to make smoothies and try out different recipes. This one is a great one if you find yourself struggling to get your fill of greens. I always tweak it every time I make it, either adding in extra cucumber or ginger for an extra kick so I would suggest adding everything in the blender and adding in extra ingredients to suit your palette...
Ingredients
1/2 bag of Spinach
A handful of parsley leaves
1 chopped apple (or 2 if you like it sweeter, but only add in at the end)
1/2 large cucumber
fresh ginger
1 lemon
add into the blender. whizz. enjoy!
